Age not exceeding 30 years.
At least 2-3 years in the hospitality business; hotel or restaurant qualification preferable.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to handle daily restaurant operations efficiently
Experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Good knowledge of customer service standards and complaint handling
Ability to work under pressure and manage peak hours
Basic knowledge of inventory control and cost management
Proficient in using POS systems and reporting tools
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Third Position # 2 Restaurant Captain; -
Filipino nationality
Male candidate
Previous experience as Captain Order / Waiter in restaurants or cafes
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to take orders accurately and provide excellent customer service
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
Teamwork spirit and good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of POS systems is preferred
Flexibility to work shifts
