Experience:
- 4+ years in Specialty Coffee
- At least 2+ years as Senior or Head Barista
-Coffee certified with deeper specialty coffee knowledge
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations.
Ensure consistent specialty coffee quality (espresso calibration, manual brewing, milk texturing, extraction control).
Set and maintain brewing recipes, grind adjustments, and daily calibration.
Train, coach, and evaluate baristas (technical skills, speed, hygiene, and customer interaction).
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and bar cleanliness at all times.
Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, control waste, and manage basic ordering (PO process).
Manage branch operational needs (stock, maintenance, hygiene, equipment readiness).
Coordinate with management on menu execution and operational improvements.
Handle customer feedback related to coffee quality and service.
Maintain and elevate overall customer experience standards
