Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management, MEP and contracting services
Actively conduct field visits, client meetings, and cold outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and decision-makers
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings
Follow up aggressively on leads and convert them into sales
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery post-sales
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B services sales (preferably in contracting, FM or MEP)
Strong Arabic communication skills (mandatory)
English proficiency is a plus
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
Valid Iqama and driving license required
