Key Requirements:.
Proven experience in electrical systems, including both high voltage and low voltage.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHU, FAHU, and FCU.
Good experience in mechanical maintenance.
Experience in plumbing systems, as well as firefighting and fire alarm systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS).
Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in building facility maintenance.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Ability to prepare reports and handle email correspondence effectively.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all building systems.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently.
Monitor system performance and address issues promptly.
Communicate with clients and provide regular updates and reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance work.
