A newly established Services department for GIS & MV Factory in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Transformer Maintenance Supervisor to lead field service activities for HV/MV transformers.
???? Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance, troubleshooting & repair of power transformers
Lead on-site service teams and coordinate daily activities
Perform diagnostics: IR/PI, WR, TTR, Tan Delta, DGA analysis
Manage transformer oil treatment (filtration, dehydration, regeneration)
Handle OLTC maintenance & troubleshooting
Investigate faults and provide RCA reports
Ensure compliance with SEC / IEC / IEEE standards
Prepare service reports and client documentation
???? Requirements
Diploma / BSc in Electrical Engineering
Strong hands-on experience in transformer maintenance (HV/MV)
Experience in service/field operations
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of testing equipment and safety procedures
SEC/Aramco approval is required

Experience with major OEM transformers
