Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in relay coordination, network analysis, fault investigation, and short-circuit troubleshooting and repair.

Perform all types of tests on isolator switches of current transformers (CTs), medium and low voltage transformers (MV/LV), potential transformers (PTs/VTs), and capacitor voltage transformers (CPTs).

Test and maintain medium and low voltage switchgear, power transformers, and buried power cables.

Operate and test equipment including primary and secondary injection test kits, current/power transformer analyzers, power transformer test sets, and Very Low Frequency (VLF) test equipment.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of electrical protection systems.

Ability to perform field tests, analyze results, and troubleshoot complex electrical faults.

Familiarity with MV/LV switchgear, transformers, and cable systems.
