Role Overview:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for one of our clients which is a well-known bank in Bahrain, to manage and resolve technical issues. The role involves supporting users, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems, and delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop support for a large user base, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems integrated with Active Directory.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues,( Java, Oracle).
• Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of printers, scanners, photocopiers, and other peripherals.
• Deliver remote desktop support.
• Ensure accurate logging, updating, and closure of work orders.
• Offer complete end-to-end solutions to users, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems align.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in IT support within large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on expertise in hardware/software troubleshooting and peripheral management.
• Familiarity with banking or utility sector IT systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Willing to work in shifts.
