Job Purpose
To lead and drive the sales team in achieving revenue targets for centrifugal pump products as well as other mechanical Products in any of the assigned Territory of Saudi Arabia, while expanding market share, strengthening key client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and Sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water, and Industrial sectors.
• Manage key accounts including EPC contractors and end users.
• Lead tendering activities including RFQs, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiations.
• Monitor sales pipeline and forecast monthly/quarterly performance.
2️⃣ Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Allocate territories/accounts effectively.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Ensure alignment with company strategy and compliance policies.
3️⃣ Technical & Commercial Support
• Support team in pump selection, application analysis, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with principals/OEMs for product support and approvals.
• Ensure proper documentation, costing, and pricing strategy.
4️⃣ Market Intelligence
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and project pipelines.
• Identify upcoming projects (Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden, SWCC, etc.).
• Develop customer penetration strategies.
5️⃣ Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote long-term service contracts and after-market opportunities.

Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in Centrifugal pump & Aftermarket sales.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of API pumps, centrifugal pumps, and process pump applications.
• Valid driving license.
