I am seeking an Accountant position in Saudi Arabia. I have 8 years of experience in KSA, including 3 years in a multinational contracting company.
Responsibilities:
Handling financial transactions (prepaid, accrued, intercompany, local & foreign invoices/payments)
Performing general ledger reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
Monitoring receivables/payables and following up on outstanding balances
Preparing project-wise reports and cost allocation
Bank reconciliation and financial reporting
Reviewing payroll and ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, and payments
Preparing and filing VAT returns (ZATCA compliance)
Handling Withholding Tax (WHT)
Assisting in Zakat and Corporate Tax
Ensuring proper documentation and e-invoicing compliance
Supporting internal and external audits
Coordinating with site teams, suppliers, and customers for documents (invoices, PO, delivery notes, timesheets)
