Document Controller & Administration

A Document Controller is a professional responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project documents in a company, especially in construction, engineering, or corporate environments

Key Responsibilities & Expertise
-Maintain and organize project documents (electronic & hard copy) with proper indexing and version control.
-Manage technical documents including shop drawings, IFC drawings, RFIs, MIRs, NCRs, WIRs, and SIs.
-Prepare and maintain document logs (incoming/outgoing) and filing systems.
-Track document submissions to ensure timely review, approval, and distribution.
-Coordinate document flow between internal departments and external stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with company standards and document control procedures.
-Support audits, inspections, and QA processes with accurate documentation.
-Generate reports, registers, and logs for management review.

Location: Saudi Arabia (Open to Relocate)
