MEP PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on large-scale construction projects in the UAE. The role involves full responsibility for budget, schedule, quality, and successful handover of MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end MEP scope including design coordination, installation, testing & commissioning.
Control project budget, variations, and subcontractor packages.
Lead MEP team and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Ensure compliance with UAE standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Drive quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 5 years overall experience in MEP contracting/construction.
At least 3 years as MEP Project Manager on large projects .
Minimum 3 years UAE/GCC experience (mandatory).
Proven experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality or mixed-use projects.
Strong knowledge of BIM, Primavera/MS Project, and MEP systems.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Preferred:

PMP certification or equivalent.
Experience with Tier-1 contractors and international consultants.
