Responsibilities:
Conduct literature reviews and summarize key academic sources
Support data collection, coding, and statistical analysis (quantitative and/or qualitative)
Assist in organizing references using tools like Zotero or Mendeley
Help review drafts, structure arguments, and ensure APA/Harvard-style formatting
Provide general research coordination and administrative support
Qualifications:
Background in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s level or advanced student preferred)
Strong academic writing and analytical skills
Proficiency with research tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or NVivo a plus)
Excellent communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
Arrangement:
