Job Summary
Contracting Company. is seeking a highly experienced **Mechanical Manager** specializing in **tank maintenance and repair works** for projects executed under **SEC (Saudi Electricity Company)** standards.
The candidate will be responsible for managing all mechanical activities related to storage tanks, ensuring compliance with international standards, project timelines, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities**
* Manage complete **tank maintenance operations** including:
* Tank cleaning, desludging, and inspection
* Repair of bottom plates, shell, and roof
* Internal and external coating works
* Ensure compliance with:
* **SEC standards**
* **API 650 / API 653**
* Company QA/QC and HSE requirements
* Lead site execution teams including engineers, supervisors, and technicians
* Coordinate with client representatives and consultants
* Plan manpower, equipment, and materials for smooth execution
* Monitor project progress, cost, and quality
* Ensure strict adherence to **HSE policies and permit systems**
* Support inspection activities including NDT (UT, MT, PT, RT)
* Prepare reports, method statements, and technical submissions
Requirements**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum **8–12 years of experience** in:
* Tank maintenance / repair
* Power plant or oil & gas projects
* Mandatory experience with **SEC or similar EPC clients**
* Strong knowledge of:
* API standards (650, 653)
* Tank integrity and corrosion control
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Experience in shutdown and critical maintenance projects
Preferred Skills**
* Experience in **VPCI / corrosion protection systems**
* Familiarity with **inspection planning and reporting**
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
