Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage BIM models for construction projects
Prepare and review shop drawings as per project requirements
Coordinate with design, site, and technical office teams
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts
Ensure accuracy of drawings and BIM data
Liaise with consultants and subcontractors
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a BIM Engineer
Immediate availability (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of shop drawings & technical office work
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks
Experience in Finishing & Fit-Out projects preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
BIM certification is an added advantage
