Experience using the La Marzocco machine (operation, adjustment, and daily cleaning).
Ability to use Baratza & Eureka coffee grinders.
Ability to use the KEF coffee machine.
Proficient in preparing the following beverages, adhering to the correct proportions for cappuccino, latte, and flat white.
Ability to create various designs (Latte Art).
Maintaining the cleanliness of the premises at all times.
Regularly cleaning equipment.
Assisting with cleaning tables.
Willingness to perform other operational tasks as assigned by the manager (such as moving boxes or any other tasks that support the operation of the cafe).
Knowledge of using the Foodics cash register system.
Strict adherence to attendance and departure times.
Working hours: 12 hours daily.
Flexibility to work on days off when needed or under pressure.
Salary: 2000 SAR.
Accommodation: A room next to the cafe (shared with 4 other team members).
One beverage allowed per shift. * There is a monthly employee of the month award.
