overall professional experience, including over 5 years of relevant cybersecurity and
security operations exposure, supported by a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the
United States and hands-on SOC experience in a U.S. enterprise environment.
I gained strong practical exposure to SOC monitoring, incident response, SIEM operations,
cloud security, and endpoint protection. In my role as a Cybersecurity Analyst in the US, I
actively monitored and investigated security incidents using Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk,
supported incident response activities, and worked across endpoint, email, and cloud security
platforms. I have hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for
Office 365, Azure Security Center, Azure AD, Conditional Access, RBAC, and Microsoft
Intune, contributing to improved security posture and reduced incident resolution times.
Prior to my cybersecurity-focused role, I worked in enterprise IT support environments,
where I developed a strong foundation in identity and access management, endpoint security,
email security, VPN troubleshooting, and user support. This background enables me to
understand both technical security operations and end-user risk, which is critical in SOC and
enterprise security roles.
In addition, I bring GCC exposure through my professional experience in the UAE, which
has strengthened my understanding of compliance, governance, and operational discipline—
key requirements for organizations operating in Saudi Arabia. I am comfortable working in
SLA-driven environments, handling incidents under pressure, and collaborating with cross
functional IT and security teams.
