Job Description
Fine Links International is looking for an experienced and reliable Secretary to manage office administration, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working in Saudi Arabia and be able to handle both English and Arabic communication professionally.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
• Prepare and manage documents, reports, and records
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Schedule meetings and manage daily office activities
• Support management with administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements
• Nationality: Sri Lankan / Egyptian / Indian
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia
• Valid Saudi driving license
• Iqama validity minimum 3 months
• Must be currently in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Experience as a Secretary / Admin role preferred
• Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills
