Job Opportunity – Indian Chef / Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a professional Indian Muslim Chef with strong leadership skills to manage an Indian restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements
• Nationality: Indian (Muslim preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience in Indian restaurants in Saudi Arabia or GCC
• Expert in preparing authentic Indian dishes such as:
• Biryani (all types)
• Butter Chicken
• Tandoori dishes
• Indian Curries
• Masala dishes
• Naan & Indian breads
• Experience in managing kitchen staff
• Ability to control food quality and food cost
• Experience in inventory and kitchen operations
• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities
• Full kitchen management
• Supervise chefs and helpers
• Maintain food quality
• Develop menu items
• Improve restaurant performance

Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: 3000 – 4500 SAR
• Profit Share: 5% – 10% from profit
• Accommodation provided
• Iqama and transportation provided
