This is a project-based freelance role with the potential for long-term collaboration.
Scope of work:
You will be responsible for end-to-end Odoo implementation, including setup, customization, and optimization of:
Inventory management
Product setup, stock tracking, multi-location inventory
Bundles / kits (important for our business)
Order processing and fulfillment
Integration with eCommerce platform (Salla preferred)
Order flow, invoicing, shipping workflows
Sales and CRM
Lead management, pipeline setup
Customer segmentation and tracking
Customer support / care
Ticketing or communication workflows
Customer journey tracking
Accounting and finance
Full accounting setup
Sales reconciliation (including COD)
Expense tracking and reporting
HR and payroll
Employee records, attendance, payroll setup
Saudi compliance
Strong understanding of ZATCA (VAT and e-invoicing)
Ensure system is compliant with Saudi regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Odoo implementation
Strong experience working with companies in Saudi Arabia
Proven track record of full Odoo implementations
Experience in eCommerce businesses preferred
Knowledge of Salla or similar platforms is a plus
Good understanding of ZATCA, VAT, and compliance
Ability to customize workflows (not just basic setup)
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
