• Proven track record in confidently managing and delivering projects as per schedule.
• Expert in Water/Wastewater Systems including NEREDA Technology, FCR Technology, SBR, Sludge Management, Ultra
Filtration, and Reverse Osmosis systems.
• Reviewing the testing and commissioning plans and Procedures to ensure compliance with the operational
requirements of the project.
• Lead, direct and supervise a team of discipline Engineers in preparation and execution of commissioning activities
within project schedules and contractual requirements.
• Liaison with the Systems Engineering team for engineering support and control.
• Oversee all coordination between Client, Contractor, vendors, Engineering, sub-contractors and any other external or
internal agency to ensure the smooth Commissioning of the process plant.
• Initiate risk assessment of testing and commissioning works, review and endorse risk assessment results and
recommend course of action to ensure mitigation of risks.
• Take a lead role in Reliability and Performance Test of the plant.
• Attend final inspections on completed projects and initiate Contract Completion Certificates and Handover Certificates.
• Ensure completion of training for maintenance and operative staff, O&M manual, spare parts and as-built drawings
