Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents,
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain all high-quality standards for all processes.
Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specification and quality.
Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements .
Basic familiarity and knowledge of standards & Documents like ACI, ASTM, SAIC, SAER, AASHTO, SAES, SAMSS and SATIP
Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, quality manuals and procedure, and ensuring the site work as per project specification and standards.
To implement quality control procedure and ITP (inspection test plan) for the project, and ensure that the work is done as per approved drawings.
Co-ordinate to various disciplines Engineers on site and must implement the directions of the client representatives.
Develop a method statement for the activity and inspection test plan and checklist based on specifications of the project
Developing quality control system, and finding ways to increase productivity.
Inspection of all types' construction works including the earthwork, Sub-Grade, Sub Base, aggregate Base Course.
Rising of RFIs on daily basis for the work ready for inspection.
Preparing daily activities, weekly & monthly progress reports.
Responsible for day to day operation of the laboratory works.
Checking slump test and temperature test of fresh concrete on site.
Review technical reports for rehabilitation work as per site condition and contract.
Review of drawings and checking of materials availability in site as per drawings.
Supervise for various construction works for infrastructure works & civil activities roads
Participating in weekly quality meetings (internal &client).
