Social Media Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Social Media Specialist / Admin to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available, ready to join immediately, and possess strong expertise in social media management along with administrative support experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging content (posts, graphics, captions, videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
Monitor social media channels, respond to messages, and engage with the audience.
Analyze social media performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, documentation, and scheduling.
Coordinate with internal teams for content approvals and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to optimize campaigns.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
Strong creative and content creation skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
Locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
