We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Executive to support our HR team in recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be based in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and have a basic understanding of Bahrain Labour Law to ensure compliance in day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on Indeed, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Assist in managing attendance, leave, and payroll-related documentation.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and labor regulations.
Support HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Help prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support.
Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, visa/work permit regulations, and HR compliance.
Experience posting jobs on Indeed or other online recruitment platforms is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Immediate availability and residence in Bahrain.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
