As per with the below requirement:
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Meet and exceed sales targets for key accounts.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding key account portfolios.
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with the management team to align key account strategies with overall company goals.
Communication and Reporting:
• Provide regular updates on key account performance to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to share product updates, promotions, and relevant information.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-4 years proven experience in key account management or sales in the Poultry field or food, preferably in a relevant industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
