Supervise and coordinate steel fabrication activities, including cutting, welding, fitting, and assembly.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Inspect materials and finished work to maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC team, and project management for smooth workflow.
Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Identify and resolve fabrication issues on-site/workshop.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipments
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Steel Fabrication Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings and welding processes.
Familiarity with structural steel and industrial fabrication works.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
