Key Responsibilities:
Operate wheel loaders under supervision for material handling and construction tasks
Assist in loading and unloading materials
Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
Coordinate with supervisors and other equipment operators
Requirements:
Willingness to learn heavy equipment operation
Physically fit and able to work in construction/marine environments
Reliable, disciplined, and a good team player
