Location: Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise barge operations and offshore crew
Coordinate daily marine and dredging activities
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Conduct inspections and report on equipment and project progress
Liaise with project managers and other site supervisors
Requirements:
5–8 years of proven experience as a Barge Foreman or similar marine supervisory role
Strong knowledge of barge operations and offshore safety regulations
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Good communication and organizational skills
Physically fit to work in marine/offshore environments
