Key Responsibilities:
Assist in operating excavators on barges for dredging and marine construction
Support operators with loading, unloading, and handling materials
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Coordinate with supervisors and other crew members for smooth operations
Requirements:
6–8 years of proven experience as part of an excavator barge crew or similar marine role
Knowledge of marine safety standards and barge operations
Ability to work in offshore and challenging marine conditions
Physically fit and disciplined
Good teamwork and communication skills
