Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and safety regulations on site
✅ Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
✅ Implement and monitor safety procedures and control measures
✅ Lead toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness sessions
✅ Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
✅ Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
✅ Diploma/Degree in Safety or related field
✅ 2–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer (construction/oil & gas preferred)
✅ Mandatory: Valid safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent)
✅ Strong knowledge of HSE standards and Saudi regulations
✅ Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
