In Saudi Arabia, I worked with Aujan Industrial Contracting as a Coating Crew Supervisor from February 2024 to July 2025 on the NGHC Project in NEOM, where I supervised blasting and painting activities, coordinated manpower, ensured compliance with project specifications, monitored surface preparation, DFT, holiday testing, and maintained daily QC documentation and inspection report . manage painting crews, monitor ambient conditions, ensure correct application procedures, and coordinate inspections with QA/QC and client representatives.
Previously in Pakistan, I worked with ZKB RELIABLE PVT Ltd. as a Coating QC Inspector on pressure vessel construction projects.
My responsibilities included surface preparation inspection, DFT measurement, adhesion testing (Dolly, Cross-Cut, V-Cut), holiday testing (jeeping), RFI submission, NCR issuance, inspection report preparation, and full compliance with project specifications and international standards such as ISO, SSPC, and NACE.
I am experienced in reviewing coating specifications, manufacturer product data sheets, calibration certificates, safety standards, and QA/QC documentation. I also have product training from AkzoNobel, Sigma Paints, and Jotun. I strictly follow HSE regulations and maintain high-quality standards in all blasting and coating activities.
