A Concrete Stationary Pump Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining a stationary (line) concrete pump to ensure safe and efficient concrete placement at construction sites.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Operate the concrete stationary pump during pouring activities
Set up pipelines and ensure proper alignment
Coordinate with site engineer and transit mixer drivers
Monitor concrete flow and adjust pressure/speed
Check concrete mix consistency (slump) before pumping
Clean pipelines and pump after use
Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, inspection)
Identify and resolve blockages in the pipeline
Follow all safety procedures on site
