Job Purpose
To drive sales growth and expand the company’s market share in land transportation services by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in land transportation services
• Approach potential clients such as manufacturers, retailers, trading companies, and e-commerce businesses
• Promote and sell services including:
• Full Truck Load (FTL)
• Less Than Truck Load (LTL)
• Local and intercity transportation
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Follow up on shipments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams
• Update and manage customer data in CRM systems
• Monitor market trends and competitors
