1. Conduct inspection of piping materials, fabrication, and erection activities
2. Verify compliance with Aramco standards (SAES, SATIP, ITP)
3. Perform visual inspection of welds and coordinate NDT activities
4. Review material certificates (MTC) and test reports
5. Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing
6. Raise NCRs for non-conformance and follow up on corrective actions
7. Maintain inspection reports and QA/QC documentation
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. Valid Aramco Approval as Piping QC Inspector
3. CBT (Computer-Based Test) Certified
4. Knowledge of ASME, API codes and Aramco standards
5. Minimum 5+ years of experience in oil & gas projects
6. Familiarity with welding, NDT, and inspection procedures
Preferred:
1. Certifications such as CSWIP / AWS
2. Previous experience in Aramco projects
