Document Control Specialist

A Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project documents. They ensure that documents are properly recorded, updated, and easily accessible.
🔹 Main Responsibilities
Receive, register, and track all incoming & outgoing documents
Maintain proper filing system (hard copy & electronic)
Ensure documents are updated with correct revision numbers
Distribute documents to the correct departments or staff
Keep records safe and confidential
Prepare reports (logs, document status, etc.)
Follow company and project document control procedures
