• Develop recovery schedules for delayed activities
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Review drawings, BOQs, and scope of work for accurate activity planning
• Support cost control by tracking planned vs actual progress
• Participate in project progress meetings and planning reviews
