Job Purpose:

To support the sales team by ensuring product availability, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities at the point of sale through effective pre-selling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned outlets/customers according to the daily route plan
Take orders and ensure accurate entry into the system
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at outlets
Identify sales opportunities and upsell company products
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with delivery teams
Provide market feedback (competitor activities, pricing, demand trends)
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
Follow up on pending orders and customer inquiries
