We are looking for a Site Maintenance Supervisor (Supervisor Level Only) with hands-on experience in plant maintenance and small project execution.
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
Supervise and execute day-to-day plant maintenance and small project works.
Handle SSS (Structural Steel Services) including minor fabrication, erection, and repair works.
Coordinate mechanical activities such as pump maintenance, piping works, valve replacement, and equipment alignment.
Oversee civil works including minor concrete repairs, grouting, foundations, and structural modifications.
Manage MEP-related works including piping, drainage, HVAC support activities, and coordination with MEP teams.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and tools for daily site activities.
Prepare daily work reports, site progress updates, and material tracking.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams for smooth execution.
Support shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities when required.
Requirements:
Experience strictly at Supervisor level (not engineer level).
Minimum experience in plant maintenance and small-scale project execution.
Good knowledge of structural, mechanical, civil, and MEP works.
Indian candidates only.
Valid KSA driving license is mandatory.
Ability to independently handle site activities and workforce.
