Sales Manager – Hospitality (Hotels Group)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to lead and develop sales strategies for a hotels group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners in alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
