• Ensured 100% compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Administer benefits program includes medical and motor insurance policy on yearly basis minimum 10% discounts.
• Renewing the yearly contracts with the various stakeholders based on the requirements.
• Handling government sites (Qiwa, Muqeem, Gosi, & Mudad) as per the company’s requirement.
• Renewing iqamas, issuing re-entry and final exit visa and maintaining new passport data with the real-time update.
• Responsible for the financial processing of transactions for the company using the Focus software.
• Administer the vendor monthly invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization and timely payments.
• Conducted detailed audits of expense reports using focus, aligning with policies and reducing discrepancies.
• Prepared monthly financial reports and accruals, assisting in month-end closing with 100% accuracy.
• Preparing accurate settlements for the employees intended for vacation, transfer and final exit.
• 100% accuracy is maintained in petty cash register and transactions for various activities.
• Identified, researched and resolved billing variances to maintain system accuracy and currency.
• Generating financial reports including balance sheet, and income statements.
• Exposure to VAT invoices using the Tungsten portal to upload the invoices to the customers.
• Maintaining the ZATCA government portal for the purpose of VAT returns.
