Basic Salary (Local): SAR 1,800 – 2,400
Job Description:
• Trade certificate or diploma in welding/fabrication
• Perform welding using multiple processes such as SMAW & GTAW
• Read and interpret welding drawings, WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), and blueprints
• Weld a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy metals
• Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fit-up verification
• Ensure proper joint preparation and alignment before welding
• Conduct visual inspection of welds to ensure quality and compliance
• Carry out repair and rework of defective welds when required
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
• Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE and safe work practices
• Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and fabrication teams
