The Role
**Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo**
📍 Full-Time On-site
🔥 Wood-fired oven experience preferred
**Your responsibilities will include:**
- Hand-stretching and preparing traditional dough using long-fermentation techniques
- Operating and managing a wood-fired or stone-base oven with precision and passion
- Crafting classic pizzas — Margherita, Marinara, Diavola — and seasonal specials
- Sourcing and working with premium Italian ingredients (San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, 00 flour)
- Maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene and food safety
- Inspiring the kitchen team with your enthusiasm and craftsmanship
Is This You?
✅ Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza chef
✅ Deep respect for Italian culinary tradition
