- Be responsible for the overall planning and implementation of green certification work for the hotel group project, including but not limited to the application, declaration, and follow-up of green building certification, energy conservation and environmental protection certification.
- Coordinate with the project design, construction, and operation teams to put forward professional suggestions on green energy conservation, environmental protection, and low-carbon transformation, ensuring that the project meets the relevant standards and requirements of green certification.
- Track the latest policies, standards, and trends of domestic and international green certification, update the project’s green certification plan in a timely manner, and ensure the rationality and advancement of the certification work.
- Organize and complete the data collation, report writing, and on-site inspection coordination of green certification, and effectively communicate with certification institutions to promote the smooth progress of certification.
- Participate in the formulation and improvement of the hotel group’s green operation management system, and provide technical support for the long-term green development of the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection, or related majors; holding relevant green certification professional qualifications (e.g., Green Building Certification Engineer, Energy Management Engineer) is preferred.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience in green certification, with experience in large-scale commercial building or hotel project green certification is highly preferred.
- Familiar with domestic and international green building standards, energy conservation and environmental protection policies, and certification processes; proficient in using relevant certification tools and software.
- Strong professional ability, logical thinking, and problem-solving ability; able to independently complete the whole process of green certification work.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work efficiently with cross-departmental teams and external certification institutions.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; able to independently deal with English documents and communication work.
