An Outdoor Salesman Required for:
• Promoting & Selling Industrial Products (e.g., compression fittings, valves, pipes, cables, electrical components)
• Visiting customers on-site instead of working from office
• Building long term relationship with clients in industries like construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Client Visit & Sales
• Visit Contractors, Engineers, Procurement teams, and maintenance
• Present product catalogs and explain technical features
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers
2. Product Knowledge:-
• Understand product like:
• Compression fittings (Used in piping systems)
• Mechanical components (valves. pumps, fasteners)
• Electrical items (Cables, switch panels)
• Recommend the right product as per client requirements
3. Quotation & Negotiations:-
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts
4. Order Processing:-
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team
• Ensure time delivery of material
5. Market Development:-
• Identify new projects (construction sites, Industries plants)
• Monitor competitors and pricing trends
6. After Sales Support:-
• Handles complaints or technical issues
• Maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills:-
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
• Ability to read drawing or specifications (preferred)
• Sales and relationship-building skills
• Driving license
