Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal – Senior School to lead academic excellence, admissions growth, faculty development, and stakeholder engagement for Classes IX–XII. The role requires strong academic leadership, operational management, and strategic planning capabilities to enhance institutional performance and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Excellence & School Reputation
• Drive improvement in Class X and XII results by at least 2% compared to the previous academic year.
• Ensure a minimum of 30 students qualify in competitive examinations such as JEE (Advanced), NEET, CLAT, and NATA.
• Establish and implement a comprehensive Career Counselling Centre to guide students toward mainstream and emerging career paths.
• Support students through undergraduate admission processes in India and abroad, including applications, SOPs, scholarships, and fee structures.
• Conduct half-yearly teaching feedback evaluations for teachers (Classes IX–XII).
• Improve academic reputation ranking metrics by 4 points year-on-year.

2. Admissions & Student Quality
• Achieve 100% occupancy across all vacant seats from Classes IX–XII.
• Attract high-performing students across academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.
• Design and implement scholarship and incentive programs to attract top talent in academics, sports, arts, and music.

3. Resource Allocation & Faculty Development
• Ensure hiring and retention of high-quality teaching resources.
• Optimize faculty utilization and assign additional institutional responsibilities.
• Conduct comprehensive academic audits through external agencies.
• Develop and closely monitor individual teacher development plans.
• Ensure all teachers participate in CENTA / Teachers’ Olympiad certification.
• Improve faculty competence and development rankings by 8 points.

4. Parent & Community Engagement
• Implement structured annual parent feedback systems.
• Ensure 100% parent participation in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
• Maintain an average Google rating of 4.5/5.
• Enhance school visibility through senior school initiatives and leadership engagement.
• Promote activity clubs and participation in interschool competitions, targeting:
o Minimum 10 state-level awards
o Minimum 3 national-level awards across sports, debate, quiz, music, and robotics.
• Improve co-curricular ranking metrics by 10 points.
