Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control food and operational costs
Analyze inventory and prepare cost reports
Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure accurate stock and financial records
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cost controller or accountant (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and cost control systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
