1 UX/UI design deliverables ● Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
● work collaboratively with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers, and project managers
● Applying strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus and ability to articulate design rationale in the context of business and user needs and business goals.
● Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups using Adobe XD, Sketch, figma(Must*)
● Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
● Convert user journeys into high fidelity designs and create functional prototypes.
● Identify design problems and friction points, and devise solutions while taking into consideration technical recommendations for front-end and back-end developments.
● Take a user-cantered design approach to design, and make data-driven decisions related to core and new features - present these decisions to different stakeholders when required.
● Collaborate closely with our product owners and software engineers to design our products and service by wireframing, prototyping and design blueprints

2 UX research • Empathize with the user and advocate for their experience through creating journey maps that balance their needs with business requirements.
• Qualitative research and quantitative research, benchmarking activities, usability testing activities
• Participate in ideation and conceptual development of new products and features, within an interdisciplinary team that includes creative and market leads, product managers, and developers.
• Collaborate with the user research and testing teams to develop tests to measure the success of new developments with quantifiable metrics, and understand user behaviour.

• Translate content into visual graphic and embed with business presentation.
