 Extensive experience in HR and administrative leadership
 Proven track record in multinational/diverse workforces and managing relations with Saudi regulatory authorities.
 Hands-on expertise with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI).
 Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, industrial cities procedures, environmental compliance, and risk management frameworks.
 Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, change management, and strategic thinking skills.
 High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all organizational levels.

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
 Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or recognized Saudi HR certification) is highly preferred.
 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
 Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
 Native Arabic and professional-level English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
