Extensive experience in HR and administrative leadership
Proven track record in multinational/diverse workforces and managing relations with Saudi regulatory authorities.
Hands-on expertise with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI).
Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, industrial cities procedures, environmental compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, change management, and strategic thinking skills.
High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or recognized Saudi HR certification) is highly preferred.
8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
Native Arabic and professional-level English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
