Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients in the construction and contracting sector
Promote and sell ready mix concrete products
Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in Ready Mix Concrete or construction material sales
Strong network with contractors and construction companies
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Valid driving license in Bahrain
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Preferred:
Knowledge of local construction market in Bahrain
Experience working with major contractors and projects
