QA/QC Civil Engineer, Neom Approved,ISO 9001:2015 QMS, 6 Years, Experience

I am currently seeking an opportunity as a QA/QC Civil Engineer. I have solid experience in construction quality control and assurance, and I am confident in handling the following responsibilities: Perform daily inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements for both on-site and off-site works. Monitor and implement all quality-related procedures in line with approved Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and project teams regarding inspections, quality issues, and closure of non-conformances. Prepare and maintain Project ITPs, Method Statements, and document submittals (WIRs, checklists, test reports, etc.). Support the QA/QC Manager in implementing the Quality Management System (QMS). Identify non-conformance issues, prepare audit reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Issue internal NCRs and ensure timely closure of NCRs raised by consultants or clients. Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and standards related to materials, workmanship, and performance. Review all quality documents including survey reports, inspection checklists, and laboratory test reports. Ensure full implementation of the Project Quality Plan, particularly during civil works. Monitor concrete production to ensure compliance with approved mix designs. Witness sampling and testing of concrete at batching plants. Verify approval and proper functioning of transit mixers, including revolution counters. Maintain accurate and complete inspection and testing records. Coordinate with third-party inspection and certification bodies. Communicate QA/QC procedures effectively to contractors and site personnel.
