Role & Responsibilities : Document Controller
? Document Management & Control
? Establish, implement, and maintain the project document control system in line with company, QSE, and
ISO 9001 requirements.
? Manage creation, receipt, review, distribution, revision, and archiving of all project documentation.
? Ensure all documents are properly signed, dated, numbered, version-controlled, and stored both physically
and electronically.
? Implement and maintain a structured filing system ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with
project standards.
? Perform scanning, copying, archiving, and safeguarding of critical documents while maintaining strict
confidentiality.
? Ensure all documentation adheres to approved templates, standards, and revision control procedures.

? Receive, register, review, and distribute QA/QC documents such as ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, checklists, NCRs,

? Prepare and maintain daily trackers and logs for PRs, POs, MRVs, and follow-up reports as required by
project management.
? Assist in petty cash management and upload financial documentation into ERP systems.
